L.Marjori wants you to love your new purchase. If, however, you need to return an item, we are here to help.
For returns, please contact us within 30-days of receiving your order. We gladly accept returns on non-custom items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@lmarjori.com informing us of your order number, items you wish to return, and reason for return. Once your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions. Once your return is received, all items will be carefully examined and a full refund will be issued for the value of the merchandise returned only (shipping fees will not be credited).
For exchanges, the fastest way to process this is to contact us to return the item you received and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
